MEET Mr. Chuck Finnley aka Prince Charles - now known as King Charles Finnley! He is a peppy little rescue from the streets of Oakland. He’s endured 10 years of Halloween costumes and shenanigans as well as lots of love and booty scratches. He moved up to Chico in 2013 for college with his mum and a few years after graduating in 2017, they decided to move back permanently so they could provide a home and yard for little Chuck!
