The Face of the Band competition

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITION. OPEN ONLY TO WOMEN WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER WITH PROOF OF LEGAL RESIDENCY IN AN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY OR TERRITORY. SEE FURTHER ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Sponsor. The Competition is sponsored by the Chi-Town Regulators ("Sponsor").


By entering "The Face of the Band Competition" (the "Competition"), individuals submitting entries (each an "Entrant" and collectively, the "Entrants") accept and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the "Rules"). A Grand Prize will be awarded in accordance with these Rules. Any violation of the Rules may, at Sponsor's discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of Sponsor regarding this Competition regarding this Competition are final and binding in all respects.

Entrants hereby grant unrestricted right and permission for Chi-Town Regulators and Section designers to take video and photos for Chi-Town Regulators and Section designers personal use including but not limited to; for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade. Entrants grant permission for Chi-Town Regulators and Sections designers to post photos and video online including but not limited to: their social medias, website. Entrants also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith. Entrants relinquish any and all rights they have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.


All Entrants must be women who are eighteen (18) years or older on the date that the earliest of the Submitted Photographs (defined below) were taken. Except as indicated below, Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or any international country. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose image has been published, or during the course of this Competition is published, in any media in a manner that is considered by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be pornographic, vulgar, or obscene.
To enter, visit Chitownregulators.com (the "Website") to complete and submit your official entry form. You must provide all information requested including a recent photograph of yourself that conforms to the specifications required below (the "Submitted Photo") using the upload tool and instructions provided. Only the Entrant should appear in the Submitted Photograph. All photographs must be high-resolution JPG files between 150KB and 10MB (maximum size allowed) and high resolution suitable for printing at 200-300 DPI. All Submitted Photographs must have been taken on or after Entrant reached eighteen (18) years of age, AND within the past six (6) months. Submitted Photographs shall not have been altered by software or other means to enhance the photo and must be suitable for publication. Submitted Photographs must not infringe or violate any right of any third party or entity, including but not limited to copyright, right of publicity, and right of privacy. Please check with the photographer to make sure that you have the rights to submit the photographs. Any Submitted Photographs exhibiting Entrant's nipples or genitals will be rejected. The determination of whether any image exhibits Entrant's nipples or genitals is in the sole discretion of Sponsor. False, deceptive or incomplete entries or other information provided by Entrants though the Competition shall render the entry ineligible at any point in the Competition regardless of when the problem is actually discovered.

Winning the Competition The entrant with the most votes June 28,2019 at 10pm CST will win the Grand Prize of being The Face of Chi-Town Regulators Mas band for the year 2020.


During the Competition, individuals who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of voting who are also legal residents of the country in which they reside may cast one or more votes for one or more Entrants. Voters can purchase credits to vote (for one or more Entrant). No Bot" activity or any kind of robotic or automated voting mechanism is allowed. Entrants suspected of partaking in such activity will be disqualified. Public voting begins (February 1, 2019 10 am CST) and ends (June 28, 2019 10pm CST) Public voting will help reduce the finalists to the one Grand prize winner.
The Grand Prize Winner will model all of Chi-Town Regulators Mas Band costumes for the official website and all Chi-Town Regulators social medias. The winner will be displayed on all Chi-Town Regulators advertisements and social medias. The winner will receive all professional photos taken. The winner will be featured in promotional videos. The winner will be displayed on the truck banner for the year 2020. The winner will receive free entry to all Chi-Town Regulators events.

The photoshoot will be taken in Chicago, Illinois. If not a residents of Chicago, Illinois The Grand prize winner is responsible for all her accommodation including but not limited to Flight, hotel, transportation for the photoshoot day. If the Grand prize winner cannot make the shoot day a alternative winner will be selected. The winner will be notified through email.
