A little about me...
I go by Scruff Muffin. PipPops. FlufferButt-er. Formerly "Jessie" at the Roane County Shelter (never really felt like a Jessie), my real name is Pippa, and I'm an in-demand regular at the Francis Dog Park in D.C.'s West End. My best skills are hopping like a bunny over other dogs, goading big dogs into chasing me, digging in Grandma's front yard and doing somersaults in the grass to avoid going back home. I like rolling in gravel, stealing mom's slippers, chewing towels and hunting down chipmunks.
