A little about me...
Dakota is a 3.5 year old female hound mix who loves barking, chasing squirrels, sneaking pizza crusts, belly rubs, HGTV, and cuddling when it’s bed time. She is always friendly and always demanding of visitors’ attention - both human and dogs alike. Heaven forbid you try to ignore her and your ears may ring for days. Her favorite spot in the house is the front window perch, where she plays gossip columnist, personal security, and doorbell replacement. Her archnemesis is the pesky squirrel in the backyard that constantly steals her mom’s tomatoes. She’s a regular at the Kingsman Field Dog Park and City Dogs Daycare and is always open to meeting new friends. Unlike her Mom who travels to South Dakota for work sometimes, many of you may never have been… but get a piece of the Midwest when you vote for Dakota to be your City Dog for a month!
