Your Pet's Story or Bio
Goober has had one heck of an adventure. He was adopted from AWLA many years ago. His owner moved and then surrendered him (along with his sister) to a shelter in Ohio when he was 13 years old. The shelter felt he was too old for adoption and called the AWLA to see if they wanted him back. They did! They found a volunteer pilot to go get Goober and his sister and bring them back to Alexandria! They are getting medical care and AWLA will work them to find a home together.
