Your Pet's Story or Bio
Leo was brought to Alexandria from a shelter in rural Virginia and we adopted him in 2014. He is a lab mixed with every other breed under the sun! He is still a country dog at heart and he loves chasing squirrels and birds, swimming and the sounds and smells of nature. He is friendly to people and to other dogs although he is easily distracted from games. His favorite toys are a big stuffed animal bird and a stuffed dog that looks remarkably like him. His favorite foods are cheese, fish and sweet potatoes and he once ate an entire pizza in about 3 minutes. He loves snuggling and enjoys sleeping late and taking sun naps.
