Your Pet's Story or Bio
Joey and his brother & sister were rescued from a high-kill shelter in S. Carolina by PetConnect Rescue in the summer of 2015. From the moment we met, it was love at first sight! Joey was the first, among his siblings to run to me for hugs & kisses and he kept doing it as if he knew who I was. I adopted him and brought him home that day in August 2015 and I couldn't be happier. He brings so much joy and happiness to my life. He loves kids and other dogs. He is a quick learner, and already is CGC certified and is a star in his agility classes. He has helped at least 3 people (1 adult + 2 kids) overcome their fear of dogs and therefore, we are currently in training for him to become a therapy dog!
