Mason was found with his sisters inside a plastic tub on the back seat of a pick up truck in Mathias, West Virginia. Someone called the local contact for rescue organizations, Donna, and she took the litter and nursed them back to health for six months. Mason was really sick but he made a full recovery. He was at WARL for 2 weeks before we felt in love with him and gave him his forever home. We found a note from Donna in his folder with puppy pictures and an email. She was so excited when she heard from us and said knowing that Mason found a home is the reason that keeps her going helping these animals. She even visited us once and got to see Mason and we still keep in touch. We could never thank her enough.
