Tipsy was being fostered in a home with 4 other cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. Despite the chaos, she was immediately friendly and approached us right away. She came to us with the name Pastel, but that did not suit her personality. She has tons of energy and is fearless and a little crazy so she quickly became Tipsy! Her favorite things are eating grass and greeting guests who come to our home. She is never mean, but her polydactyl extra toes are made for scratching!
