Ivy was found wandering in the streets of Kentucky, starving, with 2 ear infections, fleas, fully matted, and the obvious signs of a puppy mill breeder whose useful life was over. Though the generosity and kindness of a KY Vet. and multiple rescue volunteers, (esp. her foster mother Tina) Ivy came to us healthy and happy.
