Pet's Story or Bio
Gummy was my best friend at a sanctuary I volunteer at. He was there the last 14 months of his short 4 years. He came from the south where he was a bait dog for dog fights and then thrown off a bridge when not useful. We helped him gain weight, control diabetes and deal with limited sight - he was always happy and gentle, a pleasure to be around. He seemed healthy and content but his health failed and even though we fought hard we lost him.
