Your Pet's Story from his/her perspective
Hello my name is Penny Layne. I am one of the infamous Scoops of Vanilla, they were Three Scoops of Vanilla until I entered the scene then we became known as the Quart of Vanilla. I am a sweetheart of a gal. I love everyone: horses, goats, dogs, cats but mostly people, especially kiddos. I live on a farm with my three siblings: Jessie, Henry and Farley (one of the former calendar contest winners). I enjoy sunbathing, watching and listening to the songbirds and chasing all of the bunnies that dare to come into my yard. I am all about treats but it is the Starbuck's drive-thru for a pup cup that is my favorite. I am so good in fact that my mom says, "There is good and then there is Penny good!" I am a fabulous snuggler and am a bit of a pillow hog on the couch but they are there for a reason, right? All of this being said, I live the life that ALL dogs should be so lucky to live. My mom is passionate about the work that Colorado Pet Pantry does and fundraises for them throughout the year. We thought it would be fun to once again enter the calendar contest to help raise money to help feed Colorado's pets in need and keep them in their homes where they belong, with their loving families! SO please consider throwing me a few bones (votes) and help CPP along the way!
