Your Pet's Story from his/her perspective
Teddy is a puppy mill survivor. He was rescued from a puppy mill in Mississippi when he was months old by a Texas rescue Dallas Dogs. He has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia which affects his balance and is not usually seen in dogs. Teddy flops, he cannot walk but can eat and potty on his own. He is a spunky little guy who loves people. I carry him on walks and he has quite the fan club.
