Katie Fear has always been a leader.

When she was in college, she served as the president of the student body. After graduating, she continued to lead by becoming a volunteer at the state capital, homeless shelters, and animal shelters. Katie also advocated for and became a foster parent to over 50 children who successfully reunited with their families.

In Real Estate, Katie has been successful for over 24 years. She is currently the founder and coach of The Gold Achievers Group with the EXP Realty Brokerage. Katie loves helping others achieve their dreams and find great success in wealth building and their careers.

Joyfully married to her best friend Joe for the last 20 years, the couple has 4 children ranging in age from 10-30 and lead a Special Needs Encouragement Group at their church.

Why did you agree to help Community Paws?
Because I thought it was an honor to participate.

Why Community Paws asked me to be a Star:
Katie is known for her kind and generous heart. When the Covid pandemic started our fundraisers ground to a halt. As a non profit that relies on fundraisers we had no idea what we were going to do to continue to help the animals. Our prayers were answered when Katie a realtor, contacted us and said she wanted to donate money every time she sold a home. During the last 2 years during the pandemic Katie and the Gold Achievers Group donated a total of $23,150.00 to Community Paws. This meant we were able to continue our work in the toughest of times. ❤️
