Representing:
Buckeye Police Department

A little about me:
I am a graduate of Sunnyslope High School in 2002. I started my law enforcement career in 2005 as a Detention Officer with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

In 2011 I attended the reserve police academy through Glendale Community College graduating on December 7, 2011. I was hired by Prescott Valley Police Department where I spent approximately nine months before being hired by the Buckeye Police Department on October 10, 2012.

So far during my time with the Buckeye Police Department I have been working as a patrol officer on day shift, am also a Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) and am a part of our newly created Crisis Response Team (CRT).

Fun fact - I am the biggest TOP GUN fan you will ever meet!

Previous dance background:
I have been dancing unprofessionally for the past 37 years.

Why did you agree to help Community Paws?
I choose to be to be one of the Buckeye Dancing Stars due to being heavily recruited by command staff to represent the department.

Why Community Paws asked me to be a Star:
Buckeye is so fortunate to have what we believe to be the best police department in Arizona. We have worked with many of the officers in various capacities from K9 displays, community micro-chipping events and assistance with emergency situations always finding them helpful and accommodating. When we think of local 'Stars' of course our police Department immediately came to mind. Charles will be the representative for the department, let's show him how much we appreciate him and his colleagues. ❤️
