Button was rescued from a midwestern puppy mill that had apparently dumped a bunch of their dogs and puppies in a kill shelter and a group rescued a number of these animals bringing them to Connecticut. We know nothing much more than this.

We adopted Button in March of this year and have been working through a number of health problems associated with her less than stellar start in life and she's a trooper. She's roughly 8 months old. She's super sweet, is too smart for her own good and embodies the song title, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun."

Fun Facts
She's a Wheaten Terrier and may possibly have some poodle mixed in.

She weighs 26 pounds but her adult weight will probably be around 35 pounds.

Favorite Hobbies
She loves hogging the bed, kisses, scratchies, her toys, her walks, and meeting everyone with her puppy smile.

Couch surfing, literally.

Eating ice cubes (We can't operate the ice dispenser without her running to get a piece of ice.) and apples.

Meeting people and other dogs. She 's never met a stranger yet.
