Rescued from a backyard breeder at the age of 5 months, forced to live in deplorable conditions until she was rescued. Adopted only days after being at the shelter, Mercia grew very quickly into the typical Great Pyrenees character of Kind, Loyal, Independent, and Unforgettable.

Fun Facts
Mercia gives sassy looks and moans when she is asked to do something she does not like. Mercia sleeps everywhere but on her dog bed and blanket.

Favorite Hobbies
Standing outside in the yard with the wind blowing through her long hair, like the model she is. Laying on the couch and getting beauty rest. Sticking her head out the window and greeting passers-by. Making friends with everyone.
