Pet's Story or Bio
Misty is a kind and loving Great Pyrenees Virginia country girl! She's two years old, and the family is struck stupid in love with her. Her favorite things are hanging out with her people and getting lots of tummy rubs. She loves long walks at Blandy Farm several times a week. Left on her own, she loves laying outside overlooking the farm. It's especially nice when it's mid February and the winds are blowing fiercely and the snow is falling. It's like a walk on the beach for her! Oftentimes, she is seen riding around town with the family going just about everywhere that welcomes these majestic, gentle giants. Wherever we go, she's happy to meet new friends, especially children. We completed online training, and awaiting her evaluation for her therapy dog certification. We just know people with special needs and challenges will welcome her with open arms in schools and facilities as they heal. She has so much love to give that we want to share her gifts with others. For those who truly appreciate this breed and their admirable attributes, Misty exceeds all expectations.
