Tell us about your cat (up to 100 words)
Four years ago Chow Cat was a well known “wild” sight in the neighborhood – eating bird food at night and killing mice, chipmunks and rabbits. Because of his size, many people believed he was a bobcat. He was trapped by our late Father, Carl, who brought him to ACA. A year later, Chow was spending his days on Dad’s bed and couch, resting up for mousing every night. When Dad passed in 2019, Chow was laying by his side. In Dad’s final months, Chow was his reason for getting up every day. Chow is loved dearly and still a bed cat all day but a fierce hunter every night. We have daily surprises each morning. He thinks he is hunting for the family.
