Describe your art here - type of art, techniques and materials used, what your art represents and what it means to you.I kept a blog of my brain tumor diagnosis and surgery because I knew there would be things I would forget over time. When the pandemic hit, I taught myself to use a simple animation program on my computer and decided to transform my blog into Adventures in Brain Tumors, Craniopharyngioma. I drew all of the images using a free program on the internet and recorded the story on the computer.
Facing a brain tumor diagnosis is scary and there are so many unanswered questions for patients, caregivers, family and friends, that I hope my story helps, if even just a little bit.
There are 5 videos in the series so far, with a lot more story to tell.
