Quinn was born with water on the brain and has only about 10% brain. As a forever foster, Quinn has become an ambassador for BDRA as a blind pup, a hydrocephalic pup, and a sweet Pit Bull. Quinn is BDRA's miracle baby who was not to live past 13-14 weeks, but is now almost 10 months old. Everyone that meets Quinn falls immediately in love with her.
