Ozzie is a precious blind and deaf senior Mini Poodle, part of a bonded pair that were about to be pts when we adopted them 3 years ago! Since we cleared his constant ear infections we believe Ozzie can now hear, how much we are not certain, but enough! Ozzie went blind from dry eye that was never treated, but after three years of eye drops 7 times a day, on his recent eye exam for the first time since being adopted he had a menace response! We believe he can see shadows when there is enough light, but like all blind dogs, unless you knew Ozzie is blind, you would never think he is! He gets around just like every other dog, is the same happy, loving dog as all the rest!
