Your Dog's Story or Bio
Georgie was found wandering the streets of the town in which I work, Baytown. He was about a year old when we adopted him. In 2009 at the age of seven, Georgie had back surgery, at which time a bullet was found lodged in one of his ribs close to his heart. It is presumed that he was shot while homeless in Baytown, This photo was taken in 2010 when he was about 8 years old. Georgie is now about 16, and he hasn't stopped being an inquisitive and loving little boy, although he moves quite a bit slower. He is the oldest of our five rescued pups.
