Frances is a one year old rescue kitty who was born with moderate cerebellar hypoplasia, but she doesn't let it slow her down! She's always ready for an adventure, whether it's walks outside, playing with her favorite worm on a string toy, or practicing climbing onto the sofa all by herself. She has gotten stronger and more able to compensate for her differences as she gets older, and never backs away from a challenge! Frances is a chatty little lady who loves belly rubs and cheek scratches from her human friends and wins over the hearts of everyone she meets.
