Pet's Story or Bio
Heidi had a rough start. She was adopted and returned to ICAC twice. As a volunteer, I spotted her inside a box in her kennel. She wanted nothing to do with anyone. During my volunteer visits, I would take her out and just let her get comfortable out of her box. I was taken with her beauty, but knew she would need time and attention to physically and emotionally come out of her box. Wanting to give her that, I adopted her, named her Heidi (because she preferred to hide), and since then she's become quite the cuddler.
