Pet's Story or Bio
Hello HSSV Family & Friends,

Most of you know me, but for those that don't, I look forward to meeting you really soon. My name is Sassy, and boy do I live up to that name. :)

I didn't always live the life of a rockstar, though. I actually come from pretty humble beginnings, but thanks to HSSV, I had a second chance at life.

I lived in a cold and dark and scary garage for the first three months of my life with my two sisters and bio mom. We were supposed to be sold as a designer breed (I am a "chorkie"), but then we got too old and too shy and we lost our chances. The breeder just needed to get rid of us, so THANKFULLY we were brought to HSSV almost 6 years ago through the PUP Program.

Bio mom was spayed and returned, and my two sisters were adopted to wonderful families, and I found a new family of my own! I cannot imagine what would have happened to us if it weren't for HSSV! Now I get to come to work with mom at HSSV and participate in all kinds of important meetings and provide quality control for all the treats that Aunty Cookie gives out to staff dogs.
