Your Pet's Rescue Story
I met this loud howling cat in a thrift store parking lot...after a life of trouble including at least one litter, she became ill: was trapped, neutered and released to me and we begin the slow process of getting to know each other. From hiding and hissing, to tolerating and rubbing against my legs, to back and head scratches, to teaching her how to play and trust..after four months she finally would come to seek me out, to sit on my lap, to demand attention (she sits next to me now on my desk!) and become my most affection cat. Due to early diet issues she is a small cat and has a snaggle tooth and bats me (and my three other cats) when she wants to play (or not to, depending on her mood...) After almost two years she allows my other problem cat to head bump and minor licking. She also happens to be the sweetest cutest cat ever! Frankly, it was difficult to pick only one photo; but his shows her good side and sense of adventure if not humor. PS: I am not even biased at all.
