Anicca is almost 16 years old. She is in great health and still the alpha in the family, one of three and my first rescue, but not my last. She believes that unless she nooks on her " puppy" for a while, there will be no dinner. She keeps an eye on me while nooking to make sure I am observing this. She spent many years traveling to our summer house with us running free through the woods and chasing away all the wild beasts. Now she is retired and enjoys lazy afternoons on the couch and short walks to a nearby park.
