“Thanks, but I’m happy under the dock here by the shore”. …says Cooper, our 2017 Adoptee from NRGRR. Nowadays, he’s a charming, happy and loyal boy. He came to us with a sad history, but as his skittishness diminished, it revealed a loving, golden heart. He still may not be the bravest boy around, but he’s gotten more willing to give new things a try, like jumping into the lake behind our house on a hot day. Cooper shares his loving heart at nursing homes during the summer, and at Vass Elementary School in the winter, where he has become the favored “reading dog." He is an amazing boy and we were lucky he chose us for his forever family.
