Maggie (right) came to her forever home in September 2013 and Puck (left) followed two months later. They moved from Raleigh to Ocracoke to enjoy long lazy days on the front porch. Maggie crossed the rainbow bridge at the end of 2019. She was our “Golden Deceiver” since she didn't like to swim or retrieve - but boy did she enjoy belly rubs and lounging on the front porch. Puck continues to spend hours retrieving his buoy in the Pamlico sound and the ocean when he isn’t searching for ghost crabs. These two rescued dogs stole our hearts as soon as we met them and welcomed them into their forever home.
