Smokey and Sally

Rescue Story
When their owner passed away, Smokey and Sally, bonded senior siblings, were dropped off at a local shelter where they were understandably very confused and terrified. Fortunately for them, the shelter contacted Pug Rescue and they were brought into foster care. They were our first fosters with Pug Rescue, and they will always have a very special place in our hearts. During their time with us they taught us so much about love, devotion, faith, patience, and the hardest thing of all, letting go. Smokey and Sally were in foster care for nearly a year but ultimately, they went to a wonderful "furever" home for which we are eternally grateful. We will never forget them and will always consider them part of our family.
