Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet's perspective)
I’ve got the perfect face to be Spokescat for Palmetto Rescue Brew! I may look grumpy, but I’m actually a very luv-ing kitty. I would probably luv Rescue Brew myself if kitties were allowed to have some, but that’s a no-no. Mom adopted me 16 years ago (3-4 yrs old) from the Oklahoma City animal shelter and I’ve moved several times, ending up in Charleston. She’s confused why previous owners gave me up and told the shelter that I was “too active”. I do enjoy several 4-hour naps per day :), meowing, eating, being petted and watching the world outside. I did jump to the top of the laundry cabinets once and mom had no idea how I got up that high between the cabinets and ceiling. Maybe that’s what my previous owners meant? In my younger days I played with toys, but now that I’m a centenarian (over 100) in human years, I plan on donating the toys from medicine pkgs mailed to me, to the cats awaiting rescue at local shelters. With my age comes experience. I have traveled through 14 states with my human, lived in 4 and met fur friends along the way. I’ve never seen a fundraiser like Palmetto Rescue Brew and would love to be the 2021 Spokescat to show those young’ins that a mature cat like me can keep up with new rescue efforts! So, let’s slap “this cat is an actor” disclaimer on my can and start brewing some rescue beer!
