Our Story
Introducing Lilith Mae and “Him”, as aptly named by Lily! It was almost impossible for me to choose just one photo from those in my camera roll featuring her and a companion animal of ours. She loves animals so purely. Whether it’s a large draft horse, or tiny inchworm she is just as excited every time. I chose the picture of her with one of our younger chickens because you can really see the love she has for Him. The decision to use a photo of my animal loving girl to raise money for Make-A-Wish Vermont and the Humane Society Of Chittenden County was a no-brainer. Lily is a 3 year old with two older sisters. She shares her home also with her mom and dad along with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 guinea pigs, 8 hedgehogs, and some chickens (chicken math forbids me to give an exact number).
After realizing this photo won’t count because Him is technically a “farm animal”, I will be adding a new entry. But I’m still happy to have raised some money on this photo as well!
