Pet Superhero Photo Contest Period. Starts October 5, 2020 at 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on November 2, 2020 at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST"). All entries must be received during the "Contest Period" to be eligible to win any prizes.
Eligibility. To enter the contest your Pet Superhero photo must comply with the photo guidelines and a minimum $5 tax-deductible donation is required. Entries are open to all pet types of all ages. Contest entry must be done electronically. Active CTM Assistance Dogs, Assistance Dogs in Training, and pets of Board Members and current CTM Puppy Raisers may be entered in the contest but will register and compete as CTM Family.
Photo Submission Guidelines: The photo must be entrant's original creation and owned one hundred percent (100%) by the entrant. Commercial reproduced photographs from professionals will not be accepted without proper release. By entering your pet's photo in the contest, you agree to allow Continuing the Mission to use your photo for print and marketing purposes.

- Digital photo must be in color and of good quality/high resolution
- Please no humans in photos – let your pet take the spotlight!
- Photo submission should only include one animal
- The photo submission must NOT contain material; 1) that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory; 2) that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights; 3) that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; 4) that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created. Any photos can be removed from the Pet Superhero Photo Contest if deemed inappropriate by Continuing the Mission volunteers.
Donations: Each dollar donated beyond the initial $5 entry fee represents one vote. Due to processing costs, a minimum $5 donation is required to enter your pet in CTM's Pet Superhero Contest.
All donations are final and tax-deductible by law – a receipt will be emailed to you. All proceeds from this contest will directly fund the growth of Continuing the Mission's goals to provide Assistance Dog support at no cost to North Carolina Veterans living with PTSD.
Selection and Notification of Winner. Winners are determined by the number of votes received during the contest period. Prizes will be awarded for First place in the following categories: Canine Superhero, Feline Superhero, Exotic Superhero, and CTM Family Superhero. A prize for CTM's Choice will be awarded based upon selection by the CTM Puppy Raising Community and select Board Members. All winners will be notified via e-mail and can expect to pick-up their prizes in Davidson, NC or they will be mailed via USPS. To claim the prize, the winner(s) should respond to email with all necessary information requested electronically, no later than 7 days after the contest has ended otherwise, the prize will be revoked.
Use of Winner's Name, Pet Photo, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into CTM's Pet Superhero Photo Contest constitutes permission to use pet photo and winner's and pet's name, Facebook name, likeness, persona, hometown, and/or Prize information in all media now known or later devised throughout the universe in perpetuity for all purposes Continuing The Mission deems appropriate – including, without limitation, for promotional
