Woof, I’m Otis! I’m a mini Australian Shepherd from San Jose, CA. My favorite place ever is the beach with my humans where I love to dig, chase seagulls, and catch frisbees. I have a big heart full of love for everyone. Every human is my best friend and it is my life’s calling to give smoochies to every single person I come across (I’ll even jump up to your height to try and lick your face!). Vote for me!
