About Me
Barkley, as you can tell from his outfit, is a very cool dude. Velcro best describes him as he lives to be touched and loved 24/7. He prefers people, big and small, and he loves dogs as well. Barkley does not understand the phrase “guard dog” because all he does is love. His hobbies are chasing critters, taking long walks in the woods, watching sports with his dad and playing shadow. He enjoys curling his 87 pounds into a little ball and sleeping on tiny dog beds; belly rubs; massages; outings with mom, and after he exhausts her spooning in the bed; having visitors; playing tug of war and of course, eating treats. “BBoy” has enriched our lives tremendously since we adopted him 3 years ago at age 4. We’re told he was a bait dog in his prior life. He’s home, happy, healthy and loved forever until eternity.
