About Me
Delilah is a double rescue. She was adopted by a loving family as a pup after wandering the streets of Puerto Rico and following the right person home, making it to Massachusetts through the All Sato Rescue. I’m a veterinarian, and her last owner brought her to me as an 8-year-old senior to surrender when he couldn’t take care of her anymore after his wife died. I hadn’t planned on getting a dog, and it was supposed to be temporary. Five years later, she’s the center of our lives! She takes some blood pressure, thyroid, and arthritis medications, but she doesn’t let any of that slow her down. She is proof that seniors still have so much life and love to give.
