Get ready to spread holiday cheer! We are excited to announce our Candy Cane Pet Photo Contest in honor of Harley’s Hope Foundation – keeping people and pets together. This is your chance to showcase your adorable pets dressed in their festive best, surrounded by twinkling lights, ornaments, and all things Christmas!

• The contest is open to all pets: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animals and all pet types!
• The animal cannot appear in distress, in any inappropriate or offensive setting/context, or engaged in any inappropriate or offensive activities, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• The contest entry fee is $20 per photo. This fee gives you one copy of the full-color calendar which will be mailed to your preferred address
• All proceeds from contest entries and votes will help us provide shelter and lifesaving care for people and their pets in need in the Colorado Springs area through Harley’s Hope Foundation.
• Entrants represent and warrant that their photos are original and that they own all the rights, including copyright, in the photos they provide.
• Photos must be original and taken by the entrant. Simple photo editing is permitted; however, the use of AI technologies is not allowed.
• Only one entry per pet.
• Entries must be submitted by midnight (11:59:59 PM Mountain Time) on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• By submitting a photo, you grant us permission to use it for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
• Photos should be in high-resolution jpeg, png or tiff format and shouldn’t exceed 10 MB per photo.
• Photo submission must include:
  • Name of Dog
  • Owner's Name
  • Owner's Email Address
  • City and State
  • A paragraph that tells voters something fun or interesting about the dog in the photo.

• The person whose pet receives the most overall votes will get their pet featured on the front cover of the 2026 Candy Cane Pet Photo contest calendar along with the choice of which month their pet is featured. They will also receive a free calendar mailed to them.
• Second, through eleventh place will have their pet featured on another month within the calendar. They will also receive a 2026 Candy Cane Pet Photo contest calendar mailed to them.
• We will spotlight all other photo submissions on a back cover collage page in the 2026 calendar.
• All proceeds from contest entries, votes and sales of the calendar will help Harley’s Hope Foundation keep people and pets together.
• Winners will also receive a special feature on our website and social media.

• During the Contest Period, the submitted photos are made available for the public to view and vote for their favorites. This will be done via http://gogophotocontest.com/cslepet. Members of the public will have an opportunity to vote on each photo submitted for entry in the online contest.
• Votes are cast online. Each vote is $1, with a minimum purchase of 5 votes at a time.
• There is no limit to the number of votes that can be cast. Keep an eye on the leaderboard to see how your pet’s voting is doing.
• Voting is open to the public; some pets may receive votes outside of your personal network
• Voting will close at 2:30 PM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
