Nine month old Lady Fleur, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, hails from the street of Water where she resides with her adoring family. At 10.4 pounds, this little peanut's favorite activities include spa days in the kitchen sink, car rides to Chick-fil-A for ice cream and watching Hallmark channel while sitting on her person's lap. Always eager to give kisses to new friends, Fleur can be seen frequenting the Village Green, riding in the car for morning school drop off or playing under her favorite oak tree in the backyard. This is Fleur's first Heritage Days Festival and she can't wait to meet you all!
