Hello, I'm Charisma. I'm a fabulous, middle-aged lady with amazing, billowy hair around my neck. I came to WCHS as a surrender because my owner moved away, but still wanted me to be cared for. I'm perfect with kids, I love other cats, and I like dogs, too! I'm a talker; I'll let you know when I need something. I'm also very affectionate and outgoing. Perhaps my best quality, though, is my charismatic personally! Hence the name, Charisma.
