Trooper is hunkered down in his bed and practicing social distancing!
Trooper was born in a foster home, after his mother was rescued in Japan by a military base rescue. His mother was very ill and the rescue was unable to save her, after the birth of her kittens which were born prematurely. Of the five kittens , Trooper was the only one that survived and he was extremely small. He was raised by hand, being fed every two hours and living during the day in the foster mother’s huge apron pocket with chemical heat pads and towels as if he was a “Joey.”
Trooper really doesn’t know he a cat at times. He is such a big baby! He was born 8 April 2009.
