A little about me...
Paisley was born in the Turks & Caicos. Food was hard to find and nights were filled with danger. With a strong will to survive, she avoided conflict and endeared herself to people. Instinctively, she stayed safe within the confines of a resort. However, trouble found her when she came into season and left her pregnant. One day she met the Harrison’s. They made her situation known to the TCSPCA and placed an adoption application on file. Jasmine from the Spa cared for Paisley until her kittens were born. The island veterinarian provided medical care. Pampered Paws boarded her at their facility. Travel documents and health records were ready. The call was made. Paisley was ready for adoption. It was August 2017 when she flew to Boston’s Logan Airport and then was driven to her forever home in Vermont. One month later her island experienced the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
