Sir Holmes was one of the best companions I have ever had. He loved rides in the car and would go with me anywhere as my little backseat protector. Laying with his face in the window, watching the world passing by, he always seemed calm and relaxed.

Another of his favorite pastimes was going to the park and helping me puppy watch. Holmes would sit with me for long periods of time without moving an inch, as we watched parades of dogs proudly prancing along with their owners. He didn't just sit on the bench, he had to actually lay right on top of my lap!

I will surely miss my little hairy Holmes. After battling slpeenic hemangiosarcoma for the last six months, he passed this June. A sweet and loving companion! A great dog!
