My heart and home was blessed with the love and companionship of my chocolate dappled dachshund, Tiger, for 9 years. He was the love of my life and best friend. Tiger was my world and loved beyond words. Sadly, he passed away in my loving arms 10 months ago after an unexpected diagnosis of cancer. My heart is still broken into a million pieces but I know that he is playing soccer to his heart's content in a happy and healthy body over in the Rainbow Bridge. I grieve his loss every single day. But I wanted to honor Tiger and his years of unconditional love by entering him in this contest. Giving back to DRSF on a monthly basis and through this calendar contest is the most beautiful way to honor Tiger's memory. He is gone but never forgotten. Run free sweet boy...I love you always!
