Your Dog's Story or Bio
Ivan – Mr. Ivan to us – came into our lives on December 27, 2016. He immediately filled a void in our lives caused by the loss of our last doxie in September 2015.

Through no fault of his own, Ivan was named after "Ivan the Terrible" because he wasn’t fond of most people – especially men. But he immediately bonded with his new Mom and slowly came around to Dad, too.

Despite having only two teeth, we came to find that Mr. Ivan is a very good eater. In fact, he goes into a whirling dervish at mealtime. He’ll bark constantly, run circles around the kitchen, and won’t stop until Mom puts his full bowl down.

Mr. Ivan loves his daily walks through our neighborhood, and he’s especially good with other dogs. He loves belly rubs and when Dad rubs his ears.
