Skippy was brought to DRSF in July 2015. He was found on the streets of Miami, not neutered and tested positive for heart worm. We adopted him in Sept 2015. This is what he looks like after grooming. Sports a tie really well don't you think? We love him so much and he is always eager to please. WE are so blessed that he chose us.
