Helen wasn’t my first dachshund, But she is the one who helped me realize how important rescue is in paved the way for me but she’s the one who helped me realize how important rescue is and paved the way for me to become kinder and aspire to the goodness and grace she showed in her short time with me. Helen has a hard life before she was rescued by DRSF in 2015. She flew home to Seattle with her forever family where she had a blissful summer and fall before crossing the rainbow bridge on 10/1/2015. She is always in our hearts and her spirit inspires many. We miss you, Helen. I know there are infinite cheeseburgers where you are now.
