Archer is Dachshund/beagle mix who lives with his Doberman brother in Charlotte, North Carolina. Archer was rescued when he was very tiny and has lived a very pampered life sleeping on couches, sitting on porches, and watching the birds and squirrels. Last November, Archer suffered paralysis in his back legs overnight and was diagnosed with FCE, requiring emergency surgery to fuse part of his spine. His family wasn't sure and he doctors weren't sure if he would have his motor skills restored, but Archer had his own ideas! Back to his normal, running, jumping (now limited to dachshund appropriate height jumps), and wrestling self, Archer continues to live his best life while supporting his dachsund friends!
