If you believe in reincarnation, then you will understand this story. I lost my beautiful girl, Sweetie several years ago. I couldn’t make myself get another Dachshund. Then, I seen Copper. Looking in his eyes, I also seen Sweetie. It was like she was talking to me through him. Copper is, however, his own little guy. He loves to dig, chase frogs, lizards, crickets, and anything else that moves. He loves to snuggle and rough house with his 72 pound best friend. Even though, at times, his actions remind me of Sweetie, I know, he is 100% my little man, whom I love with all my heart.
