Penelope is a brindle dachshund born on October 31, 2012. She has battled partial paralysis 4 different times and suffered a serious head injury in 2019. Each incident Penelope has faced she has managed to come out walking on all 4 paws. This girl never gives up and comes out stronger than ever. She is loved wholeheartedly by her best friend, her mother.
